Nadia Beckett MCIArb - Solicitor, Mediator and Arbitrator
Nadia Beckett (B.A.)(MCIArb) qualified as a solicitor in 1994, a mediator in 1997 and as a Family Law Arbitrator in 2013. Nadia is qualified to conduct financial and children arbitrations. She is also qualified to offer the RT (Resolution Together) advice model.

Nadia established Beckett Solicitors in August 2008.
She is a member of Resolution, the Law Society, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Nadia is co-chair of the IFLA Advisory Committee which advises the board of the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators, she is chair of the Forum of Family Law Arbitrators and a member of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators. In 2023, Nadia became a Freeman of the City of London. Nadia heads our team of highly skilled, compassionate and motivated individuals.

Kirsty Bloomfield, Director
Kirsty Bloomfield (formerly Reeves) (FCILEx) became a partner of the firm on the 31st July 2009. Kirsty is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in all aspects of family law. She is a trained Resolution Collaborative and Resolution Together Lawyer and has been working with Nadia since 1996. Claire Livermore, Personal Assistant to Kirsty
Claire’s first job as a legal secretary was working for Nadia in 1998. Claire worked with Nadia for five years before leaving to make her mark in the city of London. Having returned to Kent to start a family Nadia and Kirsty were very pleased to welcome Claire back to the team in 2012. Claire is kind, calm and efficient.
